1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made through our online store within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement via email at troulisjewels@gmail.com within the aforementioned period.

2. Return Conditions

In order for a return to be accepted, the product must:

• Be in its original condition.

• Not have been used or damaged.

• Be accompanied by its original packaging, proof of purchase, and any accompanying materials.

• Not have undergone any modifications or alterations after delivery.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

2. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

3. Send the product to the address we provide.

Products returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, incorrect, or was shipped due to our error.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you receive a product that is:

• Defective,

• Damaged,

• Different from the one you ordered,

please contact us within a reasonable period of time (14 days) from receipt, providing photographs and a description of the issue.

In such cases, the return and replacement shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by our store.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

• Have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

• Are clearly personalized.

• Have been modified or customized at the customer's request.

Examples include:

• Jewelry engraved with a name, date, or other personal information.

• Jewelry made to a special order.

• Products whose size or design has been specially adjusted at the customer's request.

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.

8. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved:

• The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

• The process will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

• We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the returned product or until proof of shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
