“K.TROULIS AND CO. E.E.” ships exclusively within Greece. All orders are dispatched from Greece to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

 

The prices in the physical store do not necessarily match the prices on the website.

Preparation Time

The preparation time is usually 3–7 business days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and official public holidays.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Shipments are carried out via ELTA Courier, with tracking information provided to the customer via email or SMS.

The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–15 business days, depending on the area and the conditions of the respective courier service.

Delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD) 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is free! Pay for your order upon delivery.

Orders are shipped via ELTA Courier.

Pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered.

  • Maximum COD order value: €500 (including VAT).
  • Orders up to €500 are eligible for Cash on Delivery.
  • Orders over €500 are not eligible for Cash on Delivery and must be paid using an alternative payment method at checkout.
  • Please ensure you have the exact amount in cash when your order is delivered.
  • Deliveries are made within the selected delivery time window.
  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to €500. Availability may be limited in certain areas.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before completing the order.

“K.TROULIS AND CO. E.E.” reserves the right to offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount or as part of promotional campaigns, which will be announced on the website.

Delivery Issues & Incorrect Address

The accuracy and completeness of the shipping details are the sole responsibility of the customer when placing the order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping may be carried out with additional shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.

Delays, Loss or Damage

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond the company’s control, such as courier delays or external conditions.

In the event of loss or significant delay of a shipment, “K.TROULIS AND CO. E.E.” will initiate an investigation with the courier company.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation and the courier’s terms, a replacement product or refund may be offered.

Taxes

Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable legal taxes are included or displayed at checkout, in accordance with applicable Greek legislation.
